Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, any field.
- 10 years of HR experience in factory industry is preferred
- Proactive and able to work either independently or in a team.
- Present personality and able to interact with people of all levels.
Responsibilities
- To ensure HR functions, activities and day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Managing employees’ database and staff movement including preparation of all HR letters, contracts and memos for the group of companies.
- Responsible for all human resource activities to include employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, and training and development.
- Maintaining proper record of Leave management.
- Handling hiring process and resignation and termination of staff
- Handle performance review and appraisal exercises
- Managing and ensure of Foreign Worker new application & renewal of working permit are following the regulations
- Handling of issuing the payment voucher for the payroll payment & all the EPF, Socso, EIS and income tax every month and maintaining the record keeping.
- Handling all the related employee problem matter and ensure it follows the labor law requirement.
- Handling the other administrative work such as Company Insurance, Staff insurance, payment of utilities every month, office refreshment
- Any others duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior time to time.
